I founded Aprime Co., Ltd. because I wanted to be a partner to those people who start working in the fashion industry with such a desire and continue working by making use of their strengths.
As a shop employee, HR manager and retail manager at a variety of companies from fast fashion to luxury brands, I have worked with people from all positions in the fashion industry, including stores, headquarters and the home countries of brands.
I have been involved in various things, but as a leader, I felt the greatest joy in seeing people’s experience and strengths, brushing them up further, supporting their development, and promoting them to see the person build up their career more and more.
For the further development of companies as well, active people with plenty of experience and skills in the fashion and retail industries are essential.

I am also the father of three children and a devoted husband. At first sight, I may look tough and strong, but I am sociable, calm, passionate, like jokes, and am positive. I have worked in sales and as a store manager, overseas support manager, HR and retail manager at ZARA, New York leather brand COACH, and ZEGNA, a brand famous for its Italian textiles. I have been in the fashion industry for about 18 years and have been active globally both in Japan and overseas. In January 2021, I founded Apuram. My unforgettable memories abroad include when I was on the verge of a disaster in Beijing looking for a taxi in a cold wave of -20°. I also have fond memories of searching for beautiful beaches in Sydney, Australia, and enjoying oysters at the fish market.
